3K for 3m means $300pfr

things that adds to the pfr cost

1. glass panels with aluminium frame is more expensive

2. inside is colour PVC i.e. the shelves etc are not white colour

3. the mirror door, if it covers the whole door

4. sliding instead of casement

5. workmanship

how many years warranty?

After having bad experience with my ID, I cancel my wardrobe with them and went to closetdesign. They having a promotion on, I think 8ft for $2.4K? Plus very customisable accessories and aluminium structures which allows me to change my config next time. TEN years warranty.

Wardrobe is one of the item that we use EVERYDAY, so it is the most worthwhile item to spend on. I can recommend one guy at closetdesign. You can go to their showroom at Balestier to see the setup. Quite nice.

Is it more worthwhile to custom made wardrobe or just buy those ready made ones? How about the costs? is it almost the same?

If you buy from those in the furniture shops, defintely cheaper. If you going to get all the way up, plus customised items, then ID/carpenter/wardrobe specialist are the choice.

Depends on your budget and also maintenance.

With full height wardrobe, you get sealed enclosure that xiao qiang or mosquito can't hide behind or under the wardrobe, dust etc. (of course you must keep doors open lah).

Hi, could you give me the contact?  I am looking for wardrobe specialist too, to be honest I am a bit lazy to research here and there and compare here & there, just wish "I get what I paid" and they must be responsible to their customer & product :P
