I am a fast sleeper and deep sleeper and on the contrary, my wife is a light sleeper and she needs quite some time before falling asleep. I can go from awake to deep sleep in seconds. No, just to define how complex a dream can be. The difficulty in remember a dream is hard. To recall the colors is next level of difficulty. Never kanna caught / charge as no one will expect an arm to stand and sleep.
