Yes... very well maintenance place... all things looks new too.. spacious... but my wife doesnt like the pakay floor... so decided to take out the wordrobe & floor (all three bedrooms) Selected ID alrdy. 1) Change WCs, basis; additional extension to cupboard in kitchen; mono tiles for 3 bedrooms; built-in-wardrobe in master-room; TV-Wall & Fireplace; platform for balcony; change room entrances; painting & works - Total $1700 ++ Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But upgraded 7-8 years ago.. that why got extra balcony r u still engage with A&D on ur reno? Yes... since day 1 when U asked me on another threat.... Wah got fireplace somemore, got 3d to show us?
