Two quotes are about $1k, and the 3rd one from a company called "A-class services" (http://sg.88db.com/sg/Services/Post_Detail.page/home_services/painting_renovation/?PostID=415756) is $650 if they only re-tile the step up but not the rest of the bathroom floor. $800 includes tiling the rest of the bathroom floor, and both prices include the cost of the toilet bowl. Anyone can kindly help recommend a company that does such job? Thanks. Call your Town Council for recommended contractors. they have a list of recommended ones. therat 18 Report post Posted January 10, 2011 any HDB licence contractor can do it. U can found 1 whole long list @ HDB web. I change my toilet bowl from squatting-type to sitting-type. Things done hack away the floor do the waterproof change the toilet bowl. My contractor charge me 1. hack common toilet squatting bowl and install PVC pipe - $250 2. hack common toilet floor tiles and supply install and relay new floor tiles (include water proof) $680 3. supply and install toilet bowl $280 Total $1210 for 1 toilet.
