When Should Fengshui Master Comes In?

I would like to get a fengshui master in for my new flat.

Should the master comes and give advises,

1) Before the renovation, giving advise on how to renovate?

2) After the renovation, on how to lay the furniture etc?

The master should come 2 times. One before your renovation and the next time is after that. No point to come after you have renovated.
