Hi everyone, I'm a newbie here. Finding a reno contractor to engage by very apprehensive. I need help if anyone can provide info on Gracious Lodge at IMM. I've also gotten quotation for Baroque D.zign. Any ideas of how they are?? Really appreciate it. TQ.

Baroque is not too bad - design and workmanship are both good. Price wise a little on the high side.

No comment on Gracious Lodge as I have never dealt with them before.

I just received a quote from Baroque and I found it super expensive. Quoting me for a 4R package of $23 888 (when my place is a 3R) and adding on items which added up to $39 000.
