Curtain K Pte Ltd and Teng Yong Curtain Pte Ltd is the same, Curtain K will usually sell at the Expo while Teng Yong Curtain is the one that install and service the product they installed. Teng Yong Curtain will be servicing the warranty you obtained from Curtain K.

Curtain K sales person did their job pretty good as they answered and attended our issues promptly, however one of the Teng Yong Curtain's owner (Mr. Ng) possessed a very bad customer service and even ask you not to call him anymore!

We were surprised when we saw another company came for installation and one of the installer know very little about installation and they made 2 mistakes in order to get the correct height for my curtain installation, resulting extra holes were drilled and only fill the holes with yellowish paste.

If you are considering to engage with Curtain K, make sure the warranty and after sales service does not come from Teng Yong Curtain Pte Ltd.

Anyone use Curtain K Pte Ltd before? Any review or comment? Just lock down the price of $100 with them at Expo Furniture Fair today 07 Dec 2014 for 2 Roller Blind and Full Length Day Curtain @ about $700.

Just 2 days ago, one salesman from teng yong curtain came my place to take measurements after I got a rough quote from them at Expo fair. Their "Expo rate" was indeed attractive as compared to other curtain booths. I actually did a research on that company and seen many bad reviews about them. However, my hubby is more concerned about the absolute money that we have to pay, so he decided to pay the deposit and lock down the "Expo rate".

After the measurements were taken, the salesman gave us a price different from the amount quoted to us at Expo. Definitely, I argued with him because since he quoted to us the lower price initially, he should keep to his words and rightfully charge us that amount. He then explained explicitly on how he measured our windows and showed the allowance measurements that we didn't account for. Hence at Expo, we were quoted a lower price. As much as I tried to find a reason to get the lower price, we've got nothing to blame him as we gave inaccurate measurements.

We were told that the final quote is based on final on-site measurements as they will get the most accurate measurements for the perfect curtain fit for the windows. Fortunately, our final quote was still based on the "Expo rate" since my hubby has paid the deposit at the Expo fair. I was convinced that the salesman was genuine on giving us the best end-product for my new house. In addition, he even offered his recommendations on the types of curtain suitable for my ideal house concept.

Not that I'm defending that company, but in my personal opinion, I feel that they should also be recognized for their good integrity since the sales person took the extra mile to explain to us clearly in a non-agitated way for the reason on the higher price. Fortunately, our experience with them isn't that bad afterall :)

Just had Teng Yong curtains pte ltd over at my place to take measurements that prompted me to do a google search regarding the integrity and reliability of this company.

For the record, they quoted me roughly 600+ for living room curtains, one master bed room (mind you, we have an extremely tiny window for the master bedroom, and roller blinds for the other room.) Having compared the quotations from a few companies, they offered us the most attractive price and thus 'locked down' the expo price by paying a $200 deposit. After today's quotation, we were required to pay a total of $1572!!!!

THAT IS DOUBLE OF WHAT THEY QUOTED.

In the end, we had no choice but to proceed and change certain things to reduce the price.

After reading through the comments and reviews on google, im certain that this company operates through such scams . So beware of them if you happen to see them at any renovation fairs. Infact, DON'T even bother asking for a quote.
