Minimalist Loft

Recommended Posts

Hi Ripples! Really love your loft-style home! :)

I would like to know, how did you create the brick-style feature wall in ur living room? Did you hack the wall down and re-lay bricks?Or was it just some special tiles' effect....? Thks.

hi angelous

we didn't hack the wall. it's called cultured stones that look like bricks.

Did you paint the toilet wall and floor? Any problem with maintenance? Your toilet looks so cool. I like it.

yes, it's painted with white epoxy paint. waterproof and easy to clean.

hi qezash, i spent about $70k on my renovation. his prices aren't the cheapest. but he will go the extra mile to get things done. although i moved in last aug, we were still working on touch-ups and decoration till dec. he was very responsible to make sure that the job is done to my satisfaction. we're now working on my office renovation.

Did your contractor 'slice' the bricks into smaller pieces to create the feature wall?

no, it came in thin brick layers. just stick them on the wall.
