Kitchen Cabinet Collapse!

my less than a year old kitchen cabinet just collapse (the suspended type with the hob on top)! it is still under warranty

it almost killed me.

i need advise on how to seek legal action against the ID firm.

pls help.

Shocked to hear this!! Can you share the ID firm who did this (or PM me)? At least people seeking for ID firms can avoid such mishaps.

ohhh dear, hope u are not injured. i did suspended cabinets too, but there is a "hidden stand" at the back, from the front can't see the leg thus give the feeling that it is suspended but there is still support.

What does the warranty covers?

The onus might be on you to prove that the cabinet was not overloaded at the time when it collpsed.

Ya ... that what i mean of the semi base ...

but come to think of it .... my toilet vanity top doesn't have the semi base

Call you id immediately and ask him to take a look.

See how he reacted and what excuses he give.

Beware, dont buy any excuses from your id.

Demand your id to fix the problem immediately.
