Sembawang Green Break In

Recommended Posts

Dear All,

To all those living in Sembawang Green and those under going renovation at Sembawang Green Area.

My New house under going renovations at Sembawang Green has been broken into by theives.

They managed to take off with 2 water heaters, 1 power drill and 4 coils of wires.

My water heater is branded 707, Model: Compact. Both brand new still in box. 1 of which should have a missing connecting hose.

There were no signs of break in until we checked the items together with my contractor.

The thieves must have decoded the key lock and only took off with those items that are easy to sell.

My contractor was using number lock for easy access.

Please Remind your appointed contractor not to use number lock no matter what.

If you come across anyone trying to sell you a 707 Compact water heater, at a very cheap price do inform me or the police.

A police report has been made.

They are now investigating the case.

Should any one have an information do contact me or the police.

Thanks everyone for reading.

*The hinges at my front metal have all been changed to those welded types.

Hi firehorse,

My contactor is going to take all the losses, as he feels it is his fault.

I have only 1 contactor.

Hi Bigloop,

Did you make a police report on the break in?

I suspect could be the same person.

They decoded the number lock also?

Or was the lock damaged?

More police report then police would step up the patrol around our area.

The nearest police station from sembawang green is way too far.

They could have build another one nearby our place.
