Hi,

the price i got include installation. Recently, my fren got his solid veneer @ $250.00/set with YALE lever locksets. if hollow one, i think is $210.00/set.

pricing subjected to GST.

hope it helps you..

We went to Yontat in May and was told that their sold veneer is now $260 w/o GST.

Most of the admin ladies were clueless to the questions we asked.

The lady boss was black-faced & impatient too.

After the visit to their shop, I called them several times to clarify more things.

Again, one admin gal could not answer me, except for the impatient & angry lady boss.

Another time, an admin gal took down my number & never return call.

The last time I called, an admin gal was super impatient with my questions.

It was not pleasant dealing with them.

Then I read 'bt how friendly & helpful Justin- the younger boss, is.

So I emailed him all my questions re doors.

He replied, asking me to call him.

I did, and he patiently clarified all my doubts & answered all my questions.

I'm very satisfied now.

We will surely get our doors from them cos I know what type of doors I'm getting,

value for money or not (as compared to other companies) and whether or not the doors will buffer sound.

Then I called up Yong Fang Wood Products at Beauty World.

Shirley knowledgeably answered all my questions patiently & even explained things that I would not have known

regarding the sliding door.

The price quoted for 4-panel full glass top-hung sliding door was about $800+ less than

the price quoted by Yontat's lady boss.

I'm very keen to deal with Yong Fang now.

If anyone has any feedback regarding Yong Fang, do let me know.

Thks!

May i know Yong Fang price for veneer door with free yale lock?

May i know Yong Fang price for veneer door with free yale lock?

Just went to Yong Fang this morning.

Learnt that Yontat gets their solid sliding door from Yong Fang, hence the big difference in price.

However, it is still cheaper to get bedroom (veneer) doors from Yontat.

Even the saleslady from Yong Fang told us to get the bedroom doors from Yontat - cheaper & more variety.

Yong Fang's solid veneer door with round knob (not Yale) is $280 inc GST for this GSS period.

Semi-solid veneer door is $240.

Hi there,

anyone to recommend toilet and bathroom doors?

my ID recommends the PD door. I think it sucks. Why

1. From all the bad reviews in the forum. Ya, that shop in Balestier...

2. The lock looks flimsy.

3. The door makes alot of noise.

Other than Besglas for bi-folds, any other recommendation?

I am also look for top-hung clear glass installation for kitchen door. Mine is about 900mm x 2100mm, standard door size. quite small. Any recommendation?

Seems very difficult to find door shops in sg.

Thanks in advance to anyone who have recommendations.

Regards,

Hello all,

Wish to find out if bi-folds allow locking mechanism for both sides?

Or would you have any recommendation for such kinds of doors (for use in bathroom)

TIA

My bedroom doors - solid veneer

and my storeroom door - hollow veneer

cimg0184y.jpg

My kitchen's top-hung solid timber glass sliding door.

Chose the colour to match my inner room doors & my living/dining furniture.

But now sort of regret it

cos the colour doesn't match the kitchen cabinets & dining room wall painting
