Hello Bro and Sis of Renotalk,

A few weeks back, I posted my yearlong leaking problem of starmex aircon installed by Tim's company. Their so called expert came down on June 9 to rectify the problem. After fixing the problem, they told me that it is 100% sure that the leaking problem will be gone. I asked Tim to warrant the work for 6 months but Tim company 'chickens' out and eventually never replied my email. I guess the whole Imperial are scared and not confident of their work and now do 'avoid' tactics!

Well, behold. Not even reaching 2 weeks from the last work, the same FCU leaked again on June 22! Anyone can advise on how I should deal with Imperial? It is a nightmare dealing with Tim and Imperial!

Hi Tim,

Can u recommend and quote a system 4, and is there a system 5 available in the market? Also, do u happen to know if a old hdb flat with no aircon ledge can install 2 compressors? Electricity loading at my block has not been upgraded yet. Thanks in advance.

It is not installed above any doors or windows. The leaking comes from underneath the FCU casing. Before Imperial installed the new FCU, my old FCU does not have this problem for its life span of 5 years. This new FCU keeps leaking after 6 months of installation and continue to leak until today.....

Bro, suggest you to ask for another round of inspection on the aircon equipments by mitsubishi. If mitsubishi confirmed that their aircons has nothing to do with the leakage, get imperial to reinstall the whole system for you.

Imperial services have turn from good to bad and from bad to worst since the departure of aron.
