I guess that is the one good thing about getting aircon from GC, they are a big company and have a reputation to uphold.

this is serious, I would strongly recommend you to call up the GC office and complain and make sure they come and rectify this. This rusty nails will surely cut into the insulation one fine day and when it leak, who is going to be responsible.

even my husband who saw ur pics also say ridiculous installation. the trunking is to protect the insulation, so no way it will void the warranty, some more trunking is by them not "pirated". LOL...

Have went down today personally to GainCity office to chat with the manager, a very nice gentleman, he promised every issue will be resolved and trunking done. Finally a big relieve.
