Is it supposed to be during the "Signing of Agreement for Lease" stage? If so, usually when will the Signing of Agreement for Lease be from the date of successful balloting? sugardaddy 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 Hi Valuehunter Yes, you are able to appeal from hdb to submit the rom cert at a later date since you are able to provide proof.
