Bought all my 2 toilet's toilet bowl, mixers, heater, sink, taps, Kitchen hob, hood, mixer etc. Called them up regarding a problem with my MBR mixer and the salesman tried to push all the fault and say its not theirs. I ask whose fault is it then and he kept quiet. I asked him to get his man to come and take a look and he say cannot. So i said its my own problem and he started flaring up over the phone. Allow changes before installation, and price adjustment promises being adhered too. My toilet bowl actually has some problem and the fix was pretty quick. I suppose it depends what type of aftersales service... I changed some of the things I bought there without any hassle. I must really give credit to her for her patience as I am not an easy customer. She took time to explain everything I asked. Anyway I had no problems with them at all. My ID liaise with them regarding delivery and installation and he commented that they were very helpful in providing information and service. In fact he recommended quite a few of his clients there too. I sincerely hope they can solve your problem. Perhaps you wish to elaborate the problem of your mixer?
