Any Other Ideas To Solve Kitchen Cabinet Corners?

I'm quite impressed with this kitchen corner cabinet rack. Please have a look at this video :

Unlike the Hafele or the magic corner, you can also pull out the 2nd rack....

Have anyone seen this before locally?

Hopes to maximise that corner space...

Nice design, reminds me of design like PD doors. There are certain sequence, if not done correctly, the mechanism will be distorted.

Just found it at Bacera... but I think its too ex.. $628..... anyone have seen it elsewhere?
