Hi Froggy,

Thanks! :)

As for the kitchen, yup tat's a built-in oven. But we won't have that now since the seller took the built-in oven with them when they left. :(

Those 2 cabinets by the side were just designs by my ID. I think can put sauces, baking sheets etc?? Anyway, the kitchen design has not been firmed up yet, since the ID said that have to go on-site to measure and design again.. I'm still thinking of how to best utilise the spaces for maximum convenience..

maybe u can get one? there are some out in the market now which is pretty reasonable.

Hi samgalz :)

No lah. I already have a microwave/convection oven. I can also do my baking there. Just that do more rounds only.. :P

Since I don't cook that much, buying one will not be really worthwhile..

Day 4

Not much done.. Only see the Master bedroom's bathroom entrance sealed.

Still waiting for:

- Kitchen wall to be hacked

- Narrowing of both toilet doors (ID said that both toilet doors are bigger than normal, and will size them down to normal size)

- Waterproofing and laying of tiles (kitchen and 2 toilets)

Hope to see more tomorrow! :)

Day 6 [Master and Common bathroom wall tiling partially done]

Not too sure of the quality of tiling here.. Noticed that there are some inconsistencies of the gap between the tiles.

should we reflect to the ID?

The joint lines between the cut tiles seemed ok here.

Day 6 [Master and Common bathroom wall tiling partially done] Cont..

commonbathroom1.jpg

See the tiling done at the top left corner of the ventilation window, the gap/grout is thicker compared to the rest of the tilings done around the window.

commonbathroom2.jpg

Notice the huge gap between the tiles and the pipes, will it be sealed properly?

commonbathroom3.jpg

The tiles being cut to accommodate the pipes. But the joint line look so obvious!! :(

Hi ryooki,

Your MBR sink is very unique. But for ur Master bathroom Mirror Cabinet is it off the shelves type or are you getting ur carpentary to do it for u?

If it's off the shelve, may i know how much you pay for it, is it cheaper than getting carpenter to do it for us?

Hi missyling,

Mirror cabinet bought from AOS, $520 after discount. With soft close mechanism. U can look for a guy with a lot of tattoos to serve u. He is quite nice and patient.
