Bro, Self-inflate rubber boat is better, quick ma. Remembering young time in kampong, usually took more than 2 wks consecutive rain to have flood, now 2 hours! Very super efficient le! Rain also studies and applies management?

Really worry those tunnels under the rivers, once wall crack, water come in, then you know. I've worked in SMRT for 5 yrs, all systems have been fully tested, except the sump pit pumps in underground stns, cos no water to test. Really doubt its speed and rate le Some more with the 3 rivers' mouth being covered up at Marina Barrage, really don't understand why must it be there, can collect water somewhere else ma, go and block the rivers' mouth, sign. LKY recently commented engineering no fight to mother nature, yet now see what gov does, want to challenge the nature with engineering!
