how much were you able to rent out your Pinnacle 5-roomer after you got your ID to renovate?  Please PM me?

Did you renovate completely? Hacking of walls?  added walk-in wardrobe?

We are quite interested in a unit we recently viewed (for investment), but feel we need to change the theme as current owners taste might not be too suited to expats when we rent it out.

Hi guys you can look at http://racking.com.sg/mezzanine/ to do some research about mezzanines.  I've found that they have quite a comprehensive article. Except that they cater more towards the industrial areas.
