I remember this unit as it is just opposite Lot1 and I have also viewed this flat as I remember the whole unit was rent out and the tenants are still staying there. If I am not wrong the time they are asking for $50K COV so I did not consider based on the condition. I just saw dat Error!! need to Squeeeze past the fridge LOL!! :rofl: I better re-do it since i'm at it (sorry if i really sound like a kpo ya), i would still thinking leaving a good kitchen walkway, and just a parallel kitchen layout would be good i.e nt having the fridge there. not sure what kind of build-in cabinet fridge you had previously but does it mean that previously your fridge space was fixed and you cannot anyhow change fridge model? care to share why? For the living room, u can possibly use the aquarium as a divider between dining and living area....some prefer no distractions from tv during meals... Cheers!
