Help - Bosch Washing Machine ?

Recommended Posts

Hi I'm considering front loading washing machine now. want to confirm one thing with the Bosch users: I was told that after every washing cycle, the Bosch washing machine 7kg model wont auto turn off by itself. Some1 has to go n turn the knob to "OFF".

Is this true??

many thanks in advance

How is bosch compare to Electrolux? Assuming both same price.

Went to neighbourhood store, all say Bosch good.

Went to big stores like HVN, best denki all say electrolux better.

I think if less than 8kg, all are made in Thailand

For 8kg and above, Bosch should be Germany and Electrolux is Spain I think

Electrolux has a new model in HN; 8kg but made in Thailand. You can tell from the price difference

I think it's EWF 1482

I think when asking which is better, you will get different responses at different shops

Even within HN or Best, going on different days to the same store will yield different recommendations

I know cos I have been going to the same few HN and Best the last few weeks

Often, you will not know if the salesman were advising in your interest or in his interest

The sales people at HN, Courts, and Best are mostly attached to a particular brand. So depends on who you talk to, some will say all brands except LG are bad, some only recommend Bosch, etc. Take their 'advice' with a pinch of salt. Neighbourhood shop uncles are more unbiased.
