Yes, YY told me that its possible changing the WC to 'P'-trap

=)

ohh if the ID says ok then ok ba... :)

i thought i read somewhere that HDB is very sticky on the toilet bowl thingy...

how wide is the toilet? able to squeese in shower screen, toilet bowl and sink...? U got the dimensions for each section.?

my toilet (3NG) is sooo small that i had to sacrifice one toilet bowl in order to have a shower screen...

based on my reno experience, when ur ID tell u can change from S to P trap, that only answer the question if you can do a concealed cistern.

At the end of the day your waste trap will still be in it's original position, just a matter of how your ID is going to channel the waste from the new position to the original waste trap hole. Not impossible but you will not like the amount of space you will be wasting.

Don't waste your time and energy pondering which design is better until you clarify with your ID.

B

Nice 3-D design!

I guess B is better, it will save some problems in the future as it does not need to change the position of the WC, that is my thinking....

I know what you mean gimz...

Janelle, has a relatively spacious toliet,

with about 2000 to play, she can afford a shower (700), basin (600) wc (500)

provided that she's reconfiguring wc to P-trap.

Let her check with her ID as what vratenza suggests, is it worth the reconfiguration.

Janelle, do you have any pic of your mbr toliet?

wonder if there's any pipes around the area?

Hi guys, thanks for the recommendations:) i've chosen the design B for my master bathroom.... will still shift the WC bowl abit using "offset" to make it closer to the wall and allow a better position for the vanity.

qimz63251073: my designer say tat the onsite measurement will be 700mm for shower area, do a 600mm vanity and 600mm WC space

vratenza: i've clarify the conceal cistern, they will need to construct a low wall for the conceal cistern and a full pcs mirror across

dexufto: i dont have clear pics of the master bathroom now. will try to take a photo soon. but there's a pipe coming down from ceiling all the way to floor near the toilet window

extensive renovation! can't wait to see the final product. would your handover date be before or after CNY?

i can't help thinking that 11 feet pole system wardrobe + sliding doors are a steal at $3000! i'm doing a pole system sans the sliding door and it's already costing me $180/ft.

more pictures as and when you can get them up please!
