NRT can also be used with techniques like counseling which give even better results. It is necessary that one takes the advice of a medical doctor before starting on any NRT product. Nicotine nasal spray is a spray which helps nicotine to get absorbed into the blood rapidly. It works as rapidly as cigarettes. It helps to relieve sudden surges of craving.
