4rm Resale Flat Simple Reno Help!

Hi all

I need some advice on the cost for doing up a 4rm hdb flat. (4A model)

KITCHEN, MBR BATHROOM and COMMON BATHROOM

1) Supply & lay floor tiles in kitchen & 2 bathroom

2) Hack off all tiles in kitchen & 2 bathroom

3) Supply and replace 2 Toilet bowl & basins

4) Plumbing works for kitchen and 2 bathroom

5) Design & install kitchen cabinet ( laminated + ABS) need bottom only.

6) Supply & install 2 tempered glass shower screen

7) Fabricate 1 set of aluminum sliding glass door to kitchen entrance.

8) Provide 2 acrylic panel bi-fold door for both bathroom

9) Provide box up of ceiling sewage piping at master bathroom

LIVING ROOM

1) Hack away existing rockstone wall effect in living room & 3 bedrooms

2) Hack Cornice archway

3) Hack other Cornices for whole living room

MASTER BEDROOM and 1 COMMON BEDROOM

1) Hack away existing wardrobe for both rooms

2) Supply and install partition ceiling to floor for Master bedroom

3) Fabricate ceiling to floor wardrobe for master bedroom (sliding door)

OTHERS

1) To supply and replace window grilles to white powder coated aluminum for whole house

2) To supply and replace window panels

3) To provide whole house with plastering floor to ceiling

4) Provide electrical works and rewiring of whole house

4) HDB application, haulage and clearing of debris upon completion

5) Painting for whole house

How much do you all think will cost me for the above?

2) To provide whole house with smooth gypsm plastering to wall and ceiling

3) To remove rockstone wall for whole house

3) HDB application, haulage and clearing of debrises upon completion

4) Painting whole house

How much do you all think will cost me for the above?

5) Design & install kitchen cabinet ( laminated + ABS) - $100 pfr x ? feet =

LIVING ROOM

1) Hack away existing plaster effect - (any pictures? estimate $150 - $300)

2) Hack Cornice archway - $30

3) Hack Cornice for whole living room - $200

MASTER BEDROOM and 1 COMMON BEDROOM

1) Hack away existing wardrobe for both rooms - $150

2) Fabricate ceiling to floor for Master bedroom - wardrobe? (wardrobe - $200 pfr x 6 feet = $1200)

OTHERS

1) To replace of whole house window grilles to aluminium - estimate $850 - $1200

2) To provide whole house with smooth gypsm plastering to wall and ceiling - $1850 including pvc edging

3) To remove rockstone wall for whole house (plaster can cover)

3) HDB application, haulage and clearing of debrises upon completion $250 - $650

4) Painting whole house - $850 - $1,180 (depending on the paint you choose)

How much do you all think will cost me for the above?
