Renovation Status Update:

  • Day 1 - 27 Apr - Start of Reno (Huat arh!)
  • Day 2 to Day 4 - 28 to 30 Apr - Delivery of materials - Hacking & Dismantling - Wet Works
  • Day 7 to Day 10 - 3 May to 6 May - Electrical & Gas Works
  • Day 13 to Day 18 - 9 May to 14 May - False Ceiling & Painting Works
  • Day 20 to Day 24 - 16 May to 20 May - Aircon & Lightings Installation
  • Day 27 to Day 31 - 23 May to 27 May - Window Grills & Shower Screens Installation
  • Day 34 to Day 38 - 30 May to 3 June - (TBA)
  • Day 39

Moving in on 25 June, Saturday. :P

Abby, I realize your schedule dun include kitchen and vanity installation? U not doing them? Or u outsource to others?

I outsourced the granite top, so im on standby to see when my ID is ready on her kitchen carpentry. :)

Day 4 - Wet works

Popped by after shopping for lightings at Philip Concept Store. Mostly of the wet works are done, din manage to take photos of my MBR bathroom as the workers are busy working on it.

Will update if i pop by again.

Hi, are you going to install dryer in yout service yard? Can the dryer stack on top of the washing machine in your service yard?

Btw, are you installing City Gas Heater & dryer for your unit? If yes, how much you spend for this ?
