Got Sharp System 3 Inverter 12 + 9 + 9, 2 times visits installation, SS Bracket, Upgrade insulation to ArmFLEX 1/2 from Gain City:

The aircon blower is quiet. With "Plasmacluster" Ion technology, the air in the room will be cleaner as it kills virus and molds. Supposed to be better than those "air filter" blower from other brands.

The Sharp outdoor unit can be quite loud when it is working at full capacity (24,000 BTU).

They are fine. Went online to check the cat6 cable used and they tally. Connected to a gigabit switch and the switch recognised the connection as gigabit.

Hi amokduk,

We are using the same ID firm-**,

I have some queries, does your electrician recommended by them? or you find for yourself?

I was told that they have their own electrician which is cheaper....

Guess kicthen/ water heater, wall plug for study area which are not included in the reno quote right...

Im very interested to lay 3x room with Cat6 too...

Tks

My electrician is recommended by the ID... Not sure of their "in-house" electrician.

Water Heater, tap etc are seperate cost and we brought them ourselves... Wall plug as in the plastic white box? Well they are included in the cost above. The Electrican used gd quality "mk" brand outlets.

I think everyone should lay the Cat6 cables. It is one of the best thing we did.
