Cos I no have hacking n flooring to do mah. Only remove 2 sinks from my bathrooms. I still find it exp though. But hdb charge me so no choice, have to pay.

Different ba. Cos I never opt for flooring and so my haulage will be more ex. Also, I got hack some walls too.

for mine, three bedrooms i'm doing laminates (don't need sand), only living/dining area doing homogeneous, so haulage and sand is $600.

so if yours is homogeneous for whole hse, then $700 is definitely worth.

went to choose laminates etc yesterday. headache over what to choose. Settled on all the laminates and flooring le. Finally... hahah

My house is going to be woody house. a lot of brown tones. I hope it will look nice...

meanwhile, cant do much shopping cos ID said will bring us go. Just wait lor. TOmorrow going down to flat to meet electrician and ID again. holiday burnt! haha

Be careful when ID bring u go buy lights and sanitary. It's very ex place they will bring u to.

Yes yes, you can save some $$$ if you go yourself, just remember what they recommend and go hunt for those items yourself

Reno started yesterday. Hacking of the walls! Fri will be floor tiles / electrical works.
