If i am not wrong, you can still apply for a second air con system from HDB. They will approve as long as not too many other units of your block have a second system and the overall electrical load does not exceed what the main cables can take. For my case, I would really like to have more air cons, but I only found out from my ID that I could have applied to HDB for permission after the renovation process was completed.

Reno day 12

Seem like progress is slow. At least better than Monday where Only the tiling boss ard to lay tiles. Claim workers went to wrong location. Crab. Crab. Crab. Today at least 70% of kitchen wall tiles up, study room wall erected, kitchen floor cemented.

Did not check progress for last 2 days. Today went see see look look. Wall tiles for toilets partially install. Also started floor tiles at foyer.

Reno day 15:

Cement toilet floor. Seem that the shower area drop down is shallow. Wat is the prefer height for the drop down.

I like your toilet design/layout.

As for installing 2 aircon compressors for 5 rooms, I also encounter similar situation as u. :curse:

hey wow 154sqm, soo big! how much did you pay for the flat? any COV?

looks like quite an overhaul! how much is your reno?

Pay 35k cov. As compare to those unit near jurong pt, some asking up to 60 k cov, Faint. Reno close to 70k.

Was think to Install 1 in my Mbr balcony.

Have yet to call up movers for quote, cant make up my mind, need to settle this as first week sept need to move out.
