Recommended Posts

Dear all

Can anyone advise me on how to wash the external side of the window in a safer way , without really having to bend the body out too much.

get those squeege which is attached to a short handle or pole?

or a strong magnet which people normally use to clean aquariums...

there are commercially available cleaners which uses the magnet theory...outer piece is controlled by the inner piece..just drag the inner piece as you go along..

both pieces are attached by a cord..so no danger of the outer piece dropping to the ground floor...

don't buy those magnet type - cheap type from Roadshow.

They suck.

If move too fast, drop

If outside too dry, drop

if hit the edge, drop.

But when they demo, it's look good

Hmm.. may be my skill not good :dunno:

sponge with a long handle is better cos for those magnetic ones, not able to exert strength during cleaning, so not effective....

you can take a look at those neighbourhood shops, sometimes can be cheaper than Daiso

it's just a piece of sponge attached to a long plastic handle.... you can use it for many other purposes, not just to clean windows ;)
