Recommended Posts

I am tending to use Citygas water heater for my new home. Just wondering if it is able to do a rain shower.

Info:

Using either City gas water heater (MA-10FE or Ma-8NFL)( I am not sure which one to choose for a family of 4)

I am living at #08

What brand and model of rain shower should i use.. I do some read up at one of the thread which staed use those "shallow" rain shower.

Any recommedation is welcome. Thank you!

I am using the MA-10FE but don't like it. Takes ages to warm up, can throw away a bucket full of water before it gets warm. You can actually see the temperature on the display very slowly increasing to my set temperature of 50C. Also, if you turn it of for a short time and then on again there will be a large amount of cold water coming down the pipe at some point... also not so nice...

Volume wise it is good, a lot of water comes out when it is warmed up.

Is it necessary to use storage heater for rain showers? And also is it necessary to use storage heater if got bath tub? I'm trying not to use storage heater as I dun like to wait for the rite temperature before I bathe, hence the questions.

And does anyone know whether do we need to hackthe toilet floor tiles if we were to install a bath tub?
