The buyer went to court and won.. court asked seller to fulfil contract and to move out..But the seller is now appealing courts decision, suppose to 'open court' again in Oct... The buyer went to court and won.. court asked seller to fulfil contract and to move out..But the seller is now appealing courts decision, suppose to 'open court' again in Oct...Buyer now at upper hand.
