签约卖屋后反悔 屋主被判须搬离

夫妇以29万元把四房式组屋卖掉，签下买卖合约后，却以被房屋经纪误导、买卖双方经纪同属一家公司等借口，拒绝到建屋局签署完成卖屋文件。

来自印度的买主夫妇向高庭申请，要高庭判组屋应归他们，以及屋主须在买卖交易手续完成后搬离，结果获准。

屋主夫妇不服，决定向最高法院上诉庭上诉。本案预计今年10月审理。

屋主贾亚兰和妻子莫汉纳拉妮的组屋，位于盛港河谷通道第193座四楼，2009年5月的估价28万5000元。

买主帕拉尼穆都和妻子苏妲都是永久居民，两人都是30多岁。

I think u got it mixed up abit leh... its the seller who didn't want to sell it off. The buyer went to court and won.. court asked seller to fulfil contract and to move out..

But the seller is now appealing courts decision, suppose to 'open court' again in Oct...

U are right. I totally mix up buyer and seller.

I think u got it mixed up abit leh... its the seller who didn't want to sell it off. The buyer went to court and won.. court asked seller to fulfil contract and to move out..

But the seller is now appealing courts decision, suppose to 'open court' again in Oct...

Buyer now at upper hand. Seller bound to lose. "After 1st appt"= confirmed sale, no u-turn, even seller pass away during course of transaction.
