Looking For An Independent & Experienced Contractor To Check My Flat Renovation

Renovation work in my SengKang 4RM flat is 70% done.

I am looking for someone with good experience and service attitude to help me spot any mistakes or faults done by contractors.

I find it necessary to get an independent person to do an "audit". so faults can really be spotted and corrected.

I will pay 50SGD for the trip and 10 to 15SGD for each fault.interested pls contact me @91506258. will meet up on 28 or 29 August

That is a pretty good idea...... Should just ask one of your friends or ppl whom you know in the construction industry to do it for you. Preferably those in clerk of work, M&E project management or facilities management, even estate management. Most of them have good experience in managing projects and should be able to spot problems for you. I have many friends in this industry which is also a reason that I am considering to convince some of them to manage my home reno for me... of course for a token fee agreed mutually.....X my fingers.... wish u luck in finding the right one to do the check for you.
