The light I installed outside the main door as the HDB light is located further down the corridor and the light projection is blocked by the beam. Therefore the area around my main door was a bit dark. Now with the light, it is so much brighter.

soon but haven't choose a good date yet... FSM coming for 2nd round of audit b4 moving in... :P

Looks like ur reno is coming to an end. Congrats on ur completion :)

thank you very much :dancingqueen:

uhh nice ~

Can we just simple install lights outside the corridor?

frankly i did not apply for any permit or ask HDB... i walked down one night n saw most of my neighbours staying in the same row have lights outside their house... i presume as long as the electricity is from my house, it should b ok... :sport-smiley-004:

Looks good, you have a long kitchen and huge toilets!

Is your dining hall light LED? How does it change colours, via a remote?

yes it is via a remote but can play with the switch too... Sebastian taught me... one click on and off the switch will produce a different lights/effects... :thumbs up:

Congrats on your completion! Just a point that you may want to note because you mentioned the company installing your Aircon is also servicing it. My hubby colleague had a terrible experience when the Aircon company who installed also service his Aircon. Apparently, there was a leak in the gas pipe and instead of rectifying, the technician just top up gas at every service. By the time he found out, the installation warranty is already over so he had to get another company to rectify the job. I am sure Aron won't be like this since he has jobs from here but just take note.
