A Few Questions About Dulux Icm

So, we've been looking at Dulux ICM and Nippon Paint... and we've got questions about the former.

1) I heard that some of Dulux's paints will change colours after a while if exposed to a lot of sunlight.

Is this true?

2) Have any of you used Dulux Mouldguard and how long has it lasted all of you? Of course, this is considering the paint job is reasonable... haha.
