Reasonable only that Your quote seems slightly higher than mine, and yet there are those lesser than ours.

eg, your bi-fold cost you $280 when mine is $180, your demolishing toilet cost you $900 when mine is $580.

The rest is abit difficult for me to compare because I am not sure what is your sq area. I would suggest things like installation of water heater to be removed as most shops I ask, when you buy water heater from them, they provide free installation given that there is already the switch. I am rewiring my 5rm at the same price as yours, so I assume its much ex as mine has 'L' box lighting too... I suggest to get a different electrician and not from ID. Saves me alot.

Looks reasonable. Some works are cheaper while others are slightly more expensive. So depends on quality and workmanship and service as well.

Hi there,

It's cheap. Hmmm... Take note of the quality and workmanship tho. For example, what material are they using for your kitchen countertop? What kind of tiles are they using?

And also there might be missing items like floor protection, haulage, etc. All these so called hidden cost when amount together will become significant. So be sure to double confirm with your ID or contractor.
