Hi fellow forumers, any thoughts on this project? Heard it's going to TOP soon in 2013 and am considering if it's a good buy for investment?

Looks attractive cos it's less than 5mins from Dakota mrt, plus lots of makan and recreational spots - Is 1300/1400psf asking reasonable?

Any feedback great appreciated!

UOL, all units face south, no blocking between each unit. The one and the only one in singapore, at this point of time, L99 not worth at this "condo-flooded" era. May consider Dakota Residences(Ho Bee) which has the same location/amenity advantages.Get a FH in Geyland is a far-sight investment.

Thanks Bepgof for your feedback! Was considering Dakota Residences as well but it's also L99 and a much smaller condo than WB which is just next door. Do you think south facing units are better? :)
