Talked to a few of my neighbours who have stayed long enough. They said lift upgrading no need to pay unless you are on the 2nd floor where they added lift landing. (2nd floor no lift landing)

Hi All EM Gurus,

I've bought an EM at Jurong West and I've heard that some have converted their 1storey wash area to a toilet? My ex-owner did not do just that so it is still a wash area. How much would it cost me to just add a toilet to the wash-area? Any recommendations on the P-Trap W-C? Any contacts to share? I tired off climbing up the stairs to the 2nd floor toilet le.
