Advice Needed For A Small Renovation

hi all

i have seen a lot of quotes in this forum and i need some advice from people who are going around the market looking for quote and hopefully can help me

I did reno for my whole house in 2009, and now need to do some simple reno

1/ erect up the wall usinghollow block to make it back into a bedroom3 (i hacked to merge with living room currently)

2/ to dismentles wardrobe in masterbedroom (currently WIW)

3/ to dismentle platform in bedroom 2

4/ to build a wardrobe in masterbedroom (maybe like 6ft up to celing)

Any misc cost like touch up/patch up false celing or getting a new door, i will do some factoring of the cost by estimation on my own

Appreciate if anyone can advise

Maybe you would like to try one of the ID i had known ? as he had done up my house twice and my auntie current house, i also recommended to her, she is quite happy with the works that had done.
