Flo Residence @ Punggol,.. Is It A Good Buy

Recommended Posts

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

I stay just a few blocks away from the showflat of FLO residences.

Stone's throw away from Meetoh Pri, shopping and LRT at your doorsteps, it is definitely a good buy.

Judging from the lukewarm response, I reckon that's because there's too much on the platter for the picking.

There is never a good buy or bad buy. Its only timing. If u think u want it n can afford, then go ahead.

Like me, just bought resale at Bt Timah for 11xx psf.. :)

Residential Property mkt now like a platter of good cherries, cherry picking can be done easily anywhere without problem with current situation of commercial interest rates lower than the risk-free interest rate.

Problem is whether will this cherry remains "fresh", attractive, last and appreciate than other platter of cherries on par.

Homework and guts definitely needed.

Hi Avidmomey80, I've done some homework for u, chiong to UOB's newly launch 50 yr mortgage loan package, monthly instalment very very "affordable".

Many will grab cherries by the "affordability" theory, go get one b4 stock run out!.

Remember to us how UOB sets the maximum age.

Pls compare 2 mortgage loans, each amount at , say $800k, interest rate at 2%, one at 30yr tenure, another at 50yr tenure. Compute the monthly instalment payment for each, u will know what i mean.

Remember car loan tenure at 7yr, then increased to 10yr? Effects? Chiong ah!

Present ppls really look at "present", not "future".

Grounds? CPI? GDP? unemployment rate?...

Journalist's name & ID? Any disclaimer clause at "end of news"?

- may dip 10 yrs from now? Any time from now?

- CCR?RCR?OCR?

- Journalist's PERSONAL view?

- Citate any authoritarian reports/figures?

At times hor, these ppls as if the blinds touching elephant and make conclusions...

news about price dropping has been going for years, even right now people are saying the same thing.

with labour cost and land cost still so high, how can we expect developer to drop the price?

I figured the price will just stay stagnant in the market.

Actually many singaporeans are flocking to overseas houses, no ABSD,

something like this one: Singapore Developer Launch

Worth considering instead of paying all the taxes here i guess
