Evorich High Resistance Flooring

Recommended Posts

Hmm...that is weird, the best i got from their sales person are 6.25, how you did it? Thanks!!

I can't rem any of their names now, tho all of the sales people could offer me $6 psf then.

Advice is to wait till they got exhibition. Then just put a deposit in to secure price.

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

Is your quote of 6.25 psf before or after GST?

I bought it before they launched the new range.

Maybe they up price already?

Honestly I never do anything special. Just waited for their promo and once I knew what I wanted, place deposit.

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone is interested in taking over my Evorich package for a lower price.

Details as follows:

Min requirement: At least 3 bedrooms or 1 living room

Price: HERF @ $6.50 (excluding GST) or 8mm laminate @ $4.80 (excluding GST)

All prices above stated includes free installation.

Basically I paid a $500 deposit for it, but am trying to sell it away as we are not getting HERF anymore due to budget constraint. If anyone's keen, I am actually letting go of my package at only $250. Do PM me if you are keen.

Thanks!

So if you are not even doing laminate flooring @ $4.80, mind sharing what flooring option & cost you are going with?

We took a reno loan n included vinyl flooring in the entire ID package. Didn't wanna opt for laminate as it wasn't waterproof.

Hi, just a personal experience. I find that Evorich HERF is better in terms of the quality and the price for vinyl flooring has gone up over the years so difficult to get a price like in the past. Also, we had good customer service from a sales rep called Sebastian from Evorich who helped to personalise our needs, so we went with them. Just my opinion, you pay for what you get. If you need the contact, do PM me.

Just had Evorich HERF flooring installed in my place. I really do like the texture and patterns, which are more wood-like & natural looking as compared to laminates.

Of course, prior to deciding on HERF, went around to various flooring specialists to compare materials and prices. What I've gathered is that vinyl flooring, when it was first introduced, did present some health risks. But evidently, producers have had this problem sorted out, and most vinyls on the market these days, including HERF, are free from such risks.

Aw-yong was the guy I met at Evorich. Great fella, excellent service! As I'm usually busy with work, he liaised with my decorator and screeding contractor to ensure that the installation will be faultless, and that potential problems such as uneven or rough screed are non-existent. His "Measure Twice, Cut Once" attitude is re-assuring, especially when I can't be around all the time to watch over renovations.

Also ordered the coconut husk wall-cladding from them...98 sq ft of it! It's meant for my living area's feature wall. Now, the story here isn't that great! Don't wanna go into too much detail, PM me if you'd like the full story. Suffice to say that it still had a happy ending :good:

Hey,

Can someone help to address my concern: There is literally no sub floor and only concrete and it is very rough with even piercing points here and there (like country roads). In this case, will the high-end resilience flooring, which is very thin, still be suitable?

Thanks!
