Cockroaches Vs Lizard

Recommended Posts

For many many months, there were tiny cockroaches in my kitchen. Killed a lot of them but they keep on coming back. Don't know where their 'nest' is.

A month ago, a lizard appear in the house. Quite a fat one.

And all the cockroaches disappeared!

I am thinking of not killing the lizard but keeping it in the house, as it help me to get rid of all the cockroaches and other insects.

so.. u intend to keep a lizard as a pet.

It is not a bad idea but.. u need to keep on clearing their pop pop.

If they only come out while you sleeping. It is ok.

But what I hate is..

when I watching TV program, a lizard walking pass the wall.

While you are bathing, don't know why. It just fall and landed directly nicely on your back. It happen to me before.

**** scarier

In my case, I have seen a huge house lizard eating a live cockroach which was equally huge(presumably the American variety).

The whole body was eaten except the wings!

So, it's true, lizards do really get rid of cockroaches!!

And it's also equally true, they leave big blobs of droppings everywhere!!!

I have often stepped on the droppings even!!!

And having lizards dropping on my feet when I watch TV is a common practice.

In addition, they like to chase each other all over the walls in my house!!!!!

And created a raucous racket!

So, finally, I got so fed-up of them that I bought some lizard glue and placed them where they like to roam.

It was successful and I have sometimes caught four lizards over a few days, both big and small.

After the lizards were gone, the cockroaches came back!

Then, I bought some cockroach bait and placed them where they like to frolic.

Eventually, their numbers were down.

its easier to kill a cockroaches rather than lizards. few sprays of bygones and can say bye bye. For lizards, we have to chase it with a broom. :sport-smiley-004:
