just checking if yours is the new hdb flat with concealed wiring?

if yes, can i know if there's any hacking works involved for the relocation of your powerpoint and switches?

if there's hacking works, is it a separate cost other than the amount you listed?

The quote is reasonable to me.

Mine Which a EM $4k included sockets and switches.

But I didn't see your quite for yr DB which might cost at least $400

Yup include the hacking and supply of the sockets n switches and also the wirings will be conceal . Mine is a new flat in punggol . As for db. He did not mention anything about it , guess new flat no need ba .
