Hi, has anybody used iQuartz? Judging by the price difference btw Itself and granite is just a little difference, why would you choose iquartz? Sorry for asking a noob question. Thanks.

Hi Korbu,

I have decided on Granite top, cos it is cheaper and durable based on the fact that

my grandparent's kitchentop is using Granite for 20+ years.

Seeing is believing, haha.

Cons of using Granite, is that there is not much variety in the colour choice.

20yrs ago and now, still the same colour range. :D

Cheers!

i'm also considering between choosing a granite or quartz for my kitchen top. heard from around that granite tops have issues with liquid stains, if left unclean for some time.

is this true?

True,

Granite

Marble

Solid Surface

these material for kitchen top is not really recommended now a days,

if you are looking to use the kitchen top for more than 10 years you should try Quartz,

every Quartz brand in Singapore has the same quality to resist stain, scratch, heat, burn, crack, chip,

in the end, it up to you to choose what you want :sport-smiley-004:

What is the largest dimensions for quartz top without the need to pay for "special" prices to get a certain length and width?

700mm depth is the Max for Quartz without paying special prices, (Depth = profile, backsplash and width)

Per Foot Run is calculated by 300mm (Lenght) x 700mm (Depth). :good:
