Ids To Recommand?

Hi Dear forumers,

I currently sourcing for IDs to have a make over for my resale flat in CCK.

Some advice needed,

1. Brought with marble flooring, should i change?

1.1 Cause marble seems to be very expensive

1.2 There's roman pillars that i wan to hack off, will the marble be damaged, is benealth the pillar marble too?

1.3 These old school small rectanglar marble still available in the market?

2. Shortlisted few IDs as follows, any pro & con?

2.1 ** < y kana **?? it's bb

2.2 Weiken

2.3 I Bridge

2.4 Image

2.5 Rezt & Relax

2.6 Arc Space

2.7 ** < y kana **?? it's Sky Cr8ion

Like so many so Kiasu? Most r from my posting of floorplan here for quotation, more then 20 IDs called me, these are just

those who bother to follow up

3. Difference between contractor and ID firms, was approached by contractor too

3.1 the price difference between ID n contractor is heaven & earth, contractor is up to 50% cheaper then ID

3.2 I have some hacking job to be done, construction of wall etc, if both r doing the same job, n ID inch out due to design,

should/ or can i get contractor to hack and construct do flooring etc then call in ID to do design, which means ID only

feature walls, false celling, design etc? doable? recommanded? or many after reno problem?

It largely depends on your budget, likings and the condition of the marble. If it meets your living design needs, juz call in the pro for marble polishing or restoration

If you want a freelance ID, can contact Nicholas at 96907887. Because he is working freelance, his commmission fee is lower than IDs from established firms. He used to work for an ID firm but decided to strike out on his own. Very responsible and responsive chap.

thx bro, but freelance might be cheaper due to no overhead cost, something to ponder,

- he run away i look for who?

- he no bulk order his material will be super ex ba?
