Is It Okay To Have A Bedroom Above Kitchen?

Sorry if I have posted it twice in this forum, the other post is in the Geomancy/Fengshui forum.

I just bought an interterrace and will be discussing the renovation plans with my contractor. On the 2nd level (which is above the kitchen), it is a family area and I intend to convert it to a bedroom. May I know if this is okay to have a bedroom above the kitchen, as the cooking will be below the place where I intend to place a bed).

Sure. U can, but u must arrange in a way that the bed is at the good position
