Anyway, can someone enlighten me how to differentiate/classify "fs paintings" and "non-fs paintings"?

FS painting usually contains mountain with water downstream, some with koi fish, some with big ship (一帆风顺), some with horses (马到功成), my FIL has a painting with many many children (千子图）which is for fertility

So it depends what you wan or FSM advise.... (Just my thoughts)
