Any Condo Ground Floor Patio Owners Here?

Recommended Posts

Hello?

Chanced upon this thread; very interesting subject and people.

I've a ground floor unit with a large PES. Two years already.

How are you guys with your new apartment? And especially your PES?

Mine's timber decked with an open area for planting.

It's the hot dry season now and the PES is hot hot hot.

Hope this thread livens up again.

hi, I'm also will be getting my Condo with big patio soon. These are the following I intend to do:-

1.To have an outdoor dining area (coffee/dining table) so that I can invite friends for dinner.

2.Putting chair (hanging chair, cozy fabric sofa, balcony sofa, etc).

3.Small gardening area for my wife.

4.Flooring. To combine timber flooring and grasses.

5.Wall. To use live bamboo wall and/or to apply the vertical gardening wall.

6.To install ceiling fans.

Any comments?

I am still thinking of what to do to my patio. So far, I am thinking to put outdoor dining set and outdoor sofa set.

Guess the area is for us to hang laundry to dry.. hahaha :)

I have a condo unit with a large patio. The unit size is around 2100sqft and the patio takes up around 1/3 of the total size based on the floor plan. I put outdoor tables and chairs on the patio but quite frankly, I see no use for the patio. This condo unit is rented out and I do not think the tenants use the patio either. The only reason why I bought it was because the developer sold it at a rock-bottom psf price in 2008.

My unit is ground floor in a condo with a big enough patio and little garden.

It is furnished with a acrylic awing, beautiful landscaped potted and wall plants and a water feature mini pond with fish and running water.

Whats App me at 96332101.

Do not know how to include pics in post. Can someone teach me.

Why not do some timber decking? It looks like a garden in your house. I know a guy that does timber decking. You can contact Mr NG at 93384114. When he talk to me, i find him very friendly haha.

I have a patio/balcony exactly like this one (minus the fish pond and the beautiful decking!)

The problem I am having is that I live on the third floor and the mosquitoes and other insects are killing the fun of having such a lovely balcony!

Does anyone know of a flyscreen or insect screen I can put to surround my balcony? Does any company do that here?

http://www.magicseal.com.sg/products. Any review?
