i just got a quote for normal roller blinds (blackout) those cheaper ones at $8.50 per sq ft.

total abt $1.9k after discount. dunno how many percent la.. the lady just told us she can give us some discount.

the $1.9k is for all 3 bedrooms and my living room which has 2 sets of windows.

Did the lady quote based on yr actual measurement?

Not sure if they can do no obligation site measurement...

But hor i think a bit exp at 1.9 for normal blind??

If u have a lot of wdws perhaps reasonable... Will do my homework after handover ha n keep u updated too

no la.. quote is based on floor plan.

today got another quote. for basic blackout blinds, uncle charge me $7 per sq ft.

total for whole hse - $1.2k

think we're going for this. he's in pasir ris though. =)

Some updates for my house

Kitchen area:

To cabinet up my heater which i last minute decided to install at kitchen rather than masterbed room toilet

With doors (This side is on the right side of my kitchen)

My left side of kitchen

My shower screen with black silicon (so that i will not see those ugly algaes on the long run!!)
