Looking For Contractor To Renovate Master Room Toilet

Hi Everyone,

I looking for contractor to renovate my master room toilet. Can i know what is the market rates to do the below mentioned items? I had just asked for a quote from one of the online ID recommend from here. He quote me $6000plus, is the price reasonable? I have attached his quote for reference here.

Anyone can recommand me cheap and good contractor? Appreciate

***What i want to do****

Toilet

- Hacking of existing wall and floor tiles

- Supply and install wall tiles

- Supply and install floor tiles

- Construct storage cabinet for sink,

- Install 1 bi-fold door

- Install basin, wc , towel holders and other accessories (I will buy the wc, basin and accessories myself)

- Supply and install shower screen (frame-less)

- Install instant water heater and one light (Buy myself also)

- Supply and install existing piping ? (Currently there are existing pipings and aircon drainage pipes in the toilet. I not too sure whether when you hack the wall, the pipes need to be remove a not)

- Remove one small existing toilet louvered window and install one new casement window

-to supply labour to replace WC bowl supply by owner-$80.00

-to supply labour to install basin inlet and outlet piping-$55.00

-to supply labour to install toilet accessories & mirror set-$45.00

-to supply instant heater-$55.00

-to clear choking pipe- if applicable $200.00

Door/ window & glass supply

-to supply & install white powder coated Bi-fold door to 1 x toilet-$220.00

-to supply & install 10mm tempered clear glass shower screen to MBR toilet-$450.00

General Work

-to paint toilet ceiling & piping-$200.00

Electrical Work- Re-wiring

-to do back wiring in 1 x toilet & install heater using existing point-$150.00

Carpentry work EST

-to construct vanity cabinet-$1,000.00

-to supply & install solid surface top not including basin & tap-$300.00
