Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum.

Will be doing my new home soon, renovation for a 4 room new flat.

General Works:

-Hormogenous flooring for living room : $3400

-Laminate flooring for all bedrooms : $2400

-3 x Bedroom door, with lock-set and installation : $820

-Painting works : $1350

-Plumbling works : $500

Kitchen:

-Install top and bottom kitchen cabinet (20ft) : $2600

-Glass door for kitchen entrance : $560

Toilet:

-Install glass shower screen for master bedroom toilet : $480

-Install vanity cabinet and sink, together with side storage for perfumes, cosmetics for master bedroom toilet : $780

-Install kerb for both toilets at shower area - $560

Master bedroom:

-Platform bed concept (Queen size bed) : $1100

-Install 8ft sliding wardrobe, comes with mirror and area for display of accessories : $2300

-Racks for players : $450

Living Room:

-Install 6ft length table : $1500

-Install full height shoe cabinet, 2 doors : $1200

-Install glass door:$560

-Feature Wall with Tv console (8ft full) : $2600

Other plumbing works, electrical works etc : $2400

Estimated Cost: $25,240.

I wonder if that is reasonable? Would appreciate your thoughts on this! Thank you! :D

@jeffwei Hi thank you for the advice! I think they're more expensive cause they have their own carpentry and they're all custom made. :o Otherwise I will have to look for furniture myself with hubby. :(

renovation most of the time incl carpentry and its all custom made. your price seem like ID price, not contractor, which i think its quite normal.

Hi everyone, yup I engaged ID instead of contractor cause I needed some professional opinions on space planning. :D The quote is still reasonable, so I'll be going ahead. :) Thanks!
